This is a flash drive based on the Cryptex, the make-believe ancient locking device popularized by Dan Brown’s Da Vinci Code. Just like the Cryptex device used in the movie and the book, this locked cylindrical box can only be opened if the correct combination of characters are in the correct position. You can select your very own 4 character password to open the Cryptex box.
Instead of an ancient document, this Cryptex holds its modern equivalent, a USB flash drive. Both the locked box and the drive are adorned with beautiful and intricately hand carved Celtic patterns. The carved parts are made from beech wood and also included is a loop made from leather. Each Cryptex USB drive is made to order.
